This note is the C-CEE specific addition to Note 53902, which describes the problems related to the interaction between R/3 add-ons and SAP_APPL Support Packages
Solution
CAUTION: This note is constantly updated.
Read the most current version of this note before applying R/3 Support Packages.
The C-CEE add-on is highly dependent on SAP_APPL component. Please find below table of lowest SAP_APPL Support Package levels for released C-CEE add-on SPs. No conflicts are expected when the SAP_APPL level is higher than the mentioned one. The add-on functionality can not be guaranteed in case of a lower level of SAP_APPL component.

Uptill the SAP Core C-CEE add-on levels 18 (4.6c, 470, 500) and level 10 (600) released in November 2007 the SAP_APPL level is not predefined as the obligatory condition for the AOP upload any more, due to installation problems by customers running on lower levels of SAP_APPL. That is why this SAPKH* status check has been excluded from the delivery. Customers are anyway recommended to implement the SAP_APPL corresponding to the particular AOP according to the overview below mentioned. Otherwise SAP can not guarantee a 100% errorfree use of SAP CORE CEE AOPs.

Since the SAP Core C-CEE add-on levels 18 (4.6c, 470, 500) and level 10 (600) released in November 2007 we have added the corresponding SAP_APPL level again as the mandatory support pack import condition.

Please notice that the SAP CORE CEE support C-CEE component level is the information which you can get on the target system via System->Status->Component version.
