SAP Basis Tech Supports

Symptom
User is not able to create or edit plugs of following types in a Web Dynpro Window:
1) Outbound Plug of type Exit
2) Outbound Plug of type Suspend
3) Inbound Plug of type Startup
4) Inbound Plug of type Resume

Reason and Prerequisites
Support to create\edit plugs of type mentioned above is not present in NWDS 7.10 and NWDS 7.11
Solution
To create plugs of type mentioned above, user has to do one of the following:
Solution 1:
1) Create Outbound/Inbound Plug of the mentioned type in the Interface View which is inherited by the Window.
2) Open the Problems View, in the Errors Category, one can find the Implementation error:”Missing Outbond Plug<PlugName>” for the Window Controller
3) Right Click on this error and in the Context Menu, choose Quick Fix.
4) In the Quick Fix Dialog, choose “Create missing Object in component implementation” and Press Finish.
Solution 2:
1) Create Outbound/Inbound Plug of the mentioned type in the Interface View which is inherited by the Window.
2) Copy the created Plug from the Interface View and paste in the Window.
