Please perform the following steps:
Go to transaction se37.
Invoke Function module RS_COMPONENT_VIEW with input parameter REFRESH set to ‘X’.Go to transaction se81.
From the menu choose Utilities-> Refresh application hierarchy.
Afterwards you’ll be able to find the entry for AEC0000003 in the customizing.
