Reason and Prerequisites
You need to adjust BIA settings for optimal usage of cpu resources
Solution
Ensure that you have set the following paramters:
TREXIndexServer.ini:
[thread_limit]
threads_aggregate = <number of cpu cores>
timeout_aggregate = 0
threads_aggregate_calls = <number of cpu cores>
TREXExecutor.ini:
[global]
use_old_trace_format = off
stop_net_fail = 1
[limits]
max_pop_threads = <number of cpu cores>
max_comm_threads = <2 times <number of cpu cores>>

Please restart TREXIndexServer after changes in both files.
