Symptom
A ClassNotFoundException is thrown in the Visual Administrator when selecting a service.

Reason and Prerequisites
The JAR files containing the J2EE services’ UI classes or other depending classes are not available in the “admin\lib” folder of the Visual Administrator. In such cases, remote classloading mechanism is used but it may fail if the flag “-DP4ClassLoad=P4Connection” in the Visual Administrator’s “go” script is not present.
Solution
For SAP J2EE Engine SP15 (NW04), add the Java option “-DP4ClassLoad=P4Connection” in the “go” script and make sure the J2EE Application “com.sap.engine.class.download” is started.
For any other version of the Engine or if adding the option does not resolve the problem, open a message in BC-JAS-ADM-ADM-VAD component and provide an OS level connection to the system where the Visual Administrator is installed.
