Solution

Please proceed as follows:
1. Download the latest lib_dbsl patch (dbdb2slib.o/so/dll) from Software Marketplace. It should contain the patch text:
DB2-z/OS: PLAN_TABLE & DSN_STATEMNT_TABLE for v9.12. Exchange lib_dbsl and re-start the SAP system.3. Manually drop the following tables (with database means):
.”PLAN_TABLE”
.”DSN_STATEMNT_TABLE”4. The tables are re-created automatically when performing the first EXPLAIN within transaction ST05.
