You want to perform an add-on upgrade to SAP Basis Release 700 (SAP_BASIS 700) with CPRXRPM 450_700.
There is no special add-on guide. This note contains additional information about the upgrade that is specific to add-ons.

The following starting situations are supported for the upgrade to SAP ECC 600 and CPRXRPM 450_700:

SAP_BASIS 640 and CPROJECTS 310_640
SAP_BASIS 620 and XRPM 200
SAP_BASIS 640 and XRPM 200_640
Note that the add-on delta upgrade from CPRXRPM 400 (SAP_BASIS 700) to CPRXRPM 450_700 (SAP_BASIS 700) is described in Note 1075655.

2. Important general information
Delivery of CPRXRPM 450_700
The upgrade CD for CPRXRPM 450_700 is not automatically sent to all customers. Request the CD with material number 51033023 (cProjects 4.5) or 51033281 (xRPM 4.5) from your local subsidiary if you want to perform the upgrade, or download the CD from SAP Service Marketplace.Required SAP and CPRXRPM releases:

When you upgrade an SAP release to SAP_BASIS 700, the system recognizes that an ABAP add-on is installed and requests an additional CD or an upgrade package for the add-on. As a result, the ABAP add-on is also upgraded to the corresponding release during the standard upgrade.
CAUTION
If you import the upgrade to SAP_BASIS 700 into an SAP system that has CPRXRPM, and the system does not read the data on the upgrade CD with material number 51033023 or 51033281 (Phase IS_SELECT), the CPRXRPM ABAP add-on no longer works after the upgrade. Since the status of the system is inconsistent, SAP can no longer accept any liability.

R3trans, tp, kernel, SPAM
In theinitial releaseof your system, use the latest R3trans, tp and kernel patch, and import the most recent SPAM update.Required PI_BASIS release.
When you upgrade to SAP ECC 600 with CPRXRPM 450_700, you must include a relevant PI_BASIS release in the upgrade (minimum PI_BASIS 2005_1_700, standard SAP_BASIS 700 upgrade).

It is imperative that you import CPRXRPM 450_700 Support Package 05 (SAPK-45005INCPRXRPM). Ensure you include this in the upgrade and that you import it retroactively after the upgrade is complete.Importing additional component Support Packages

You can download the relevant data files from SAP Service Marketplace. The data files must be made available in the /in directory before you start the UPLOAD_REQUEST prepare phase. For information about downloading Support Packages, see Note 83458.Obtaining the CPRXRPM 450_700 upgrade supplements
Download the CPRXRPM 450_700 CD from SAP Service Marketplace or install the add-on supplement CD that has material number 51033023 or 51033281.
As of Basis Release 700, the add-on upgrade package is automatically unpacked from the CD. To do this, in the UPLOAD_REQUEST phase, specify the directory under which you want to mount the Add-On upgrade CD.
Important: As the mountpoint, enter the CD drive including thesubdirectory UPGR(for example, /sapcd1/UPGR).
If you downloaded the add-on upgrade package directly from SAP Service Marketplace, unpack it in the /in directory.
Information: You will find the fileCSN0120061532_0027851.PATin the /in directory (after the phase UPLOAD_REQUEST at the latest).
In addition to German and English, CPRXRPM 450_700 supports the following languages: Czech, Danish, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovakian, Swedish, Turkish, Chinese.
If you use these languages, you must include them in the upgrade. As of Basis Release 700, the packages are automatically unpacked from the CD to /in, otherwise, you must make the packages available in the directory mentioned above manually.
The language elements are contained in the package SAPK-450GGINCPRXRPM.

Select the upgrade type for the installed add-ons::”Upgrade with SAINT Package”

BIND_PATCH phase
This displays which Support Packages are located in the < DIR_EPS_ROOT>/in directory and can be included in the upgrade. Make sure that you include at least the Support Packages mentioned in section 4 (”Checks before the upgrade”) in the upgrade.Additional information about SAPupPhase ADDONKEY_CHK
The system requests the password for CPRXRPM 450_700 and refers you to Note 86985. These notes refer to the existing Note 1075658 for CPRXRPM 450_700.

Importing languages after the upgrade
If you intend to install additional languages, we recommend that you do this before importing further Support Packages. Refer to the “Language support” section.Import Support Packages after the upgrade
No modification exists for the CPRXRPM 450_700 add-on. You cannot import any other Support Packages if you do not have any CRTs (Conflict Resolution Transport).Delivery Customizing:
Delivery Customizing is imported into client 000 and may need to be copied to other clients. For more information, see Note 337623.
8. Language support
In addition to German and English, CPRXRPM 450_700 supports the following languages: Czech, Danish, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovakian, Swedish, Turkish, Chinese.
If you want to install one of these languagesat a later date, proceed as follows:
The required standard language must already be installed prior to installing the add-on language. Perform the add-on language import in accordance with the guide “SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.0: Language Transport”.
Support Package 02 of CPRXRPM 450_700 delivers the complete translation.
Temporary solution until Support Package 02 is made available:The language packages for the languages mentioned above (including German and English) are made available by Support Package 01 on SAP Service Marketplace. Implement these language packages ONLY on the Support Package 01 level of CPRXRPM 450_700. If Support Package 02 of CPRXRPM 450_700 has already been imported, you must not implement these language packages.
