1. Available Support Packages or Conflict Resolution TransportsIf a Support Package is in conflict with an add-on, you must import a Conflict Resolution Transport (CRT). Note 53902 describes how to import Support Packages and CRTs if there is a conflict.

3. Executing the installationPrerequisites for importing Support Packages:
You have imported the add-on and the previous Support Packages for IDEXDE 604.Log on to your SAP system in client 000 as a user with SAP_ALL authorization. Do not use the user SAP* or DDIC.In transaction SPAM, transfer the packages to your EPS inbox by choosing the menu option ‘Support Package -> Load Packages-> From Front End’. The system unpacks the packages automatically.Choose the ‘Display/define’ button: Select the component ‘IDEXDE’ for Support Packages, or select the main component (for example, SAP_APPL) for CRTs.Import the defined queue.For more information about Add-On Support Packages, refer to Note 160168.
