Reason and Prerequisites
You require a merge fix if the same program module is contained more than once in the individual patches that have been provided.
If you have already installed one of the aforementioned merge fixes or individual fixes, OPatch will inform you during the installation that the installed patch is a subset of the new
patch that is to be installed.

If OPatch shows that there is a conflict with the predecessor merge fix 7522909, answer the question with ‘Y’ to roll it back before the new kks* merge fix 8299199 is installed.
