Symptom

The list display of lists that contain characters with different widths (for example, Thai, Japanese Kana characters) may be shifted in transaction SP01.

Reason and Prerequisites

The lists were generated without vertical separators. As a result, the information about the field lengths is missing in transaction SP01.

Solution
1. If possible, create lists with vertical separators.2. If this is not possible, create lists with structure information. To do this, choose Settings -> Output -> Spool List with Structure Information = “Yes” in the print dialog.
