Implement the following notes mentioned in below table.
Please note following:
If the system is being freshly installed or upgraded, then delta generation step for each SNOTE can be skipped. After all the SNOTEs are applied, perform automatic delta generation as mentioned in SNOTE 1127899

Column headings means as following:
Note# : SNOTE number
Mandatory : Whether the SNOTE is mandatory or optional. Yes signifies mandatory note and “No” signifies optional SNOTE. Optional SNOTE are required based on the feature usage.
Delta-Generation : It signifies whether delta generation needs to be performed for the correspnding SNOTE or not.
Manual Steps : It signifies whether any manual activity is required apart from delta generation .
