The Object Analyzing Services is stopped
Solution

Go to NWA
Navigate to Operation Management -> System
There is the Start&Stop link. Choose the link.
A page, with system information, opens.
On the left side of the page there is a menu. The first line in the menu (Java EE Instances) is selected.
Select the second line – Java EE Services (it is under the Java EE Instances)
Look at the Services table in the right.
There are 4 buttons (Start, Stop, Restart and Refresh). Under the buttons there is a table with available Services.
The first column of the table (Name) shows the name of the services. In the filter area under the Name type “Object” and press Enter.
In the table are shown three lines (services). The name of the first one is Object Analyzing Services.
Look the third column (Status) of the Object Analyzing Services. There it shows if it is stopped or started.
If the Object Analyzing Service is stopped:
Select the line with the Object Analyzing Services and press the Start button above the table.
Now the Status for this service must show that it is started
After the Object Analyzing Service is started the session management link have to work.
