RZ20: ALERTS for LogonLoadQuality 6

[] [] [] [] [] [] []

Symptom
In RZ20, alerts are constantly created for the Logon Load Quality performance node.
You can find the MTE node as follows:
RZ20 —>
Monitor collection ‘SAP CCMS Monitor Templates’
Entire System
<sysid>
Application Server
<server_sysid_nn>
R3Services
Dialog
—> LogonLoadQuality
The node remains red.
>>> Alert text: ‘6 < 50 Current Value Below Threshold Value’ <<<
Other terms
RZ03, SMLG, Message Server Area, Integer Storage
Reason and Prerequisites
Only one server is active in the SAP system.
The RZRZLLG0 program calculates the value ‘6′ constantly for ‘LogonLoadQuality’. The value is dependent on the parameters ‘ANSWER_TIME_WEIGHT_FACTOR’ and ‘USER_AMOUNT_WEIGHT_FACTOR’ in the RSRZLQVA program.
Solution
You can either ignore the alerts, or deactivate the node.
To deactivate the node, proceed as follows:
1) In transaction RZ20, navigate to MTE ‘LogonLoadQuality’….(see ‘Symptom’).
2) Activate the maintenance function.
Menu: ‘Extras’ -> Activate maintenance function’.
3) Deactivate the node.
- Place the cursor on the node.
Menu:’Edit’ -> ‘Nodes (MTE)’ -> ‘Deactivate’.
The message ‘<<<Node is deactivated>>> is displayed for the node. The node remains gray and no more alerts are created.
