1.Important information about Support Package 15 Stack 02/2009 for SAP SCM 5.0

For information about upgrading Forecasting & Replenishment from 4.1 to 5.0, refer to the following two notes. Save all FRP data before the upgrade. The procedure is described in Note 851500. Note 881120 concerns adjustments to the interfaces after you upgrade SCM Forecasting and Replenishment.
If you want to use the latest version of the SAP F&R 5.0 analysis functions, you must install the Support Package level mentioned in Note 906317. (external BW 7.0 Support Package 05 with BI Content 7.02 Support Package 01 – based on NW04s Support Package Stack 05 or higher).
SAP F&R 5.0 includes interfaces for the following SAP R/3 Retail/SAP ERP versions and requires the relevant plug-in:
SAP R/3 4.6C + Plug-In 2004_1_46C with Support Package 10 (SAPKIPZI4A) or higher
SAP R/3 Enterprise 47X110 + Plug-In 2004_1_470 with Support Package 10 (SAPKIPZI5A) or higher
SAP R/3 Enterprise 47X200 + Plug-In 2004_1_470 with Support Package 10 (SAPKIPZI5A) or higher
SAP ERP 2004 + Plug-In 2004_1_500 with Support Package 10 (SAPKIPZI6A) or higher
SAP ERP 2005 (plug-in integrated) Following Notes have to be used after installing SP14. SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (SAP F&R) shall take notice of the note number 1178012 in case price data is used in combination with transportation lanes.
SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (SAP F&R) shall take notice of the note number 1169632 in case F&R exceptions are used for exception based order proposal release check during FRP run.
Notes for customers who use ICH 5.0:
To avoid problems when displaying buttons and tables in ICH 5.0, you must implement Notes 976531 and 942899 after you import Support Package 07.
For SP07 and above you must implement the note 987602 after the support package is imported.Read Note 836457 before you activate ODM in your system. If you have activated the ODM order data type ORDR before importing Support Package 06, and you have not implemented Note 964847, proceed as follows:
1) Call transaction /SCMB/ODM_ACT_ORC and activate the components OEHD and OEIT.
2) Call transaction /SCMB/ODM_ACT_ORDTP and activate the ORDR order data type.
If you use kanban processing, note the requirements described in Note 902401.Note for customers who use cFolders in connection with ICH 5.0:
The installation of mySAP PLM cFolders 4.00 on SCM Server 5.0 in connection with mySAP SCM ICH is released for customers. You can use cFolders to add product-related information (such as technical drawings) to the stock data provided in ICH.In SAP note 1131242 there is given a description of manual steps that have not only be done when implementing the SAP note itself but also after implementing the Support Package including the correction done with this note.After you import the ABAP Support Packages, read the following notes and implement them if they are relevant to you. In the list below some of the notes are mandatory for current SP. Kindly implement these notes without fail.

Requirements & recommendations for Support Package 15 Stack 02/2009 for SAP SCM 5.0SAP SCM 5.0
Support Package 15 Stack 02/2009 consists of the following two main Support Package components:
SAP SCM BASIS 5.0 Support Package 15
SAP SCM 5.0 Support Package 15
The SAP_APO area is fully integrated into SAP SCM. The Support Packages have mutualdependencies.
For this reason, you must always import the two Support Package components that have the same Support Package level.SAP NetWeaver 2004s Stack 17 (10/2008)
The SCM 5.0 Support Package 15 Stack 02/2009 is based on SAP NetWeaver 2004s Stack 17.

Before you start updating the Support Package stack components (ABAP Support Packages, binary patches) listed in point 2, we recommend that:
- No system activities are running in parallel
- No background jobs are activeSAP R/3 back end
Plug-In
Customers who have the back-end release ERP 2.0 (ECC 6.0) do not require an additional plug-in, since this component has since become a permanent part of SAP_APPL. For R/3 4.6C, R/3 Enterprise and ERP 1.0 (ECC 5.0), you require PI 2004.1 with Support Package 10 or higher.
