Work process status “Stopped RFC” by SAPLARFC (tRFC/qRFC)

Symptom
The work process overview (tx SM50) shows some work processes having state “stopped RFC”.Some work processes are occupied by SAPLARFC raises TIME_OUT in st22.Additionally some UPD and/or BTC processes could have state “stopped RFC”

Symptom
An SAP R/3 system component cannot start successfully. This may be either the dispatcher or the gateway or message server.
