Symptom
This note contains an overview of all transports and corrections necessary for a certain R/3 release. It is updated on a regular basis.
The following areas are affected:
Errors in the R/3 system (Data Dictionary, tp, R3trans, R3up, saposcol, CCMS, and so on)Missing functions (database monitor, and so on)Checks for Going-Live service

System behavior with incorrect batch default server group

Symptom
The syslog contains the message EKL or EKM.

Reason and Prerequisites
Note 786412 describes the option to ‘guide’ batch jobs without a target server to certain servers.
This is possible by defining a server group called SAP_DEFAULT_BTC.
This, however, can prove problematic if the server group SAP_DEFAULT_BTC has not been maintained correctly. [...]
