Symptom
Published WSDL from Integration Directory does not contain neither binding information nor endpoint soap address locations.
Use-case:
You publish a Sender Agreement or Integrated Configuration into Service Registry from Integration Directory. The publication results in a configured Service Definition with endpoints. Hovewer the published WSDL contains only portType information – binding and endpoint descriptions [...]

Publish by WSDL feature in the Services Registry client in Java AS 7.10 doesn’t support creation and assigning of physical system during the wizard flow
